Becky joined the team in 2017. With extensive customer service knowledge and a passion for animals, it is her dream job! In her spare time, she enjoys spending time at her local gym and is often seen red-faced, running on the treadmill. She is a proud parent of a gorgeous, crazy, cockapoo called Lottie, and Charlie the ginger cat. We are very proud to announce Becky has also completed her gold accreditation with the BVRA (British Veterinary Receptionist Association) and is now a Registered Veterinary Receptionist. Well done Becky!

Debbie joined the Ensbury Vets team in December 2019.

Debbie joined the team in 2018 having previously worked for 18 years in a large animal practice in West Sussex. She enjoys working with animals and engaging with people, and has completed her Accredited Veterinary Receptionist Bronze and Silver awards. In her spare time she enjoys walking in the countryside, gardening and the occasional horse ride.

Elin joined the Wimborne team in October 2023.

Gail joined the Lynwood team in May 2022, having previously run her own dog walking business as well as being a children's foster carer. She has three dogs, one cat and two teenagers (oh and a husband!). Gail enjoys walking her dogs and taking them with her whenever she can, as well as cooking and keeping fit.

Joanne has worked for a number of years as a veterinary receptionist and loves nothing more than supporting and helping clients, their pets and her colleagues. She has also worked for an animal charity and fostered cats for a local cat rescue. She is a member of International Cat Care and in 2019 she successfully completed their cat friendly receptionist course. When not at work, or caring for her Mum who has Dementia, she enjoys yoga, aromatherapy, sea swimming, and being outdoors.

Laura joined the Lynwood reception team in 2021 – with extensive customer service experience and a passion for animals, it is her dream job! She has always grown up with animals from birds to cats and dogs. Her favourite part of the job is cuddles with puppies. In her spare time, she enjoys walks in the countryside, barbeques with her family and spending time with friends.

Lucy joined the Lynwood client care team in July 2022. She has a cat named Cellough (Cel for short). Lucy loves music, sewing and knitting, and family walks in the beautiful Purbeck countryside.

Niamh joined the team in December 2019, after spending four years with Burrows Vets, which she adored! She has two dogs named Doris & Ned who she shares with her partner. When not working, Niamh enjoys singing along to musical theatre songs, going to the cinema, and travelling. In 2022, Niamh completed her gold accreditation with the BVRA (British Veterinary Receptionist Association) and is now a Accredited Veterinary Receptionist. Well done Niamh!

Before joining Lynwood, Ruth worked in a range of other roles, including in the veterinary industry, and also enjoyed volunteering at a rabbit rescue.  She has previously kept her own rescued house rabbits and has a particular interest in rabbit welfare. When not at work, she enjoys sea swimming, surfing, yoga, and art.

Sally joined Lynwood in 2017, having previously spent over 20 years in front of house positions. When not at work, she loves to spend time with her two dogs, especially taking them on long walks. We are very proud to announce that Sally has also completed her gold accreditation with the BVRA (British Veterinary Receptionist Association) and is now a Registered Veterinary Receptionist. Tracy joined the practice in 2020 and loves to welcome all clients & their pets when they arrive. At home, life is busy with her 3 Working Cocker Spaniels & her horse Megan.
