Duncan is following in the footsteps of his great, great grandfather, also a vet, and still has his walking stick and old equipment. He grew up surrounded by horses, and worked in dog rescue centres and on farms before qualifying as a vet in 1998. He joined the team in 2004, attained his certificate in small animal medicine in 2008 and became a partner in 2010. Outside of work he plays a strange variety of musical instruments and is a modestly gifted tenor – as well as the enthusiastic founder of Fordingbridge Astronomers!

Rebecca grew up in the South Downs where she developed her love for animals and science. She qualified from Cambridge in 1999 and initially worked with farm animals as well as pets in Yorkshire, before deciding to focus on pets, joining Lynwood in 2016. Outside of work, Rebecca has a son who has got her into exploring the local areas by bike, and she loves playing her saxophone in local bands.

Carrie joined Lynwood in 2018, having worked at nearby Burrows for 17 years.
As chief flag waver and promoter of all things Veterinary Nurse, Carrie has fewer opportunities to enjoy time in theatre which was always a passion and highlight in her career. However, she will always find time for clients and colleagues alike to discuss and share her experience and knowledge of raw feeding, appropriate neutering and breeding/welfare regulations. She is a self-confessed mad dog lady having six of her own at home who she loves to explore the countryside with. When not covered in mud and dog hair Carrie can be found socialising with friends, enjoying small batch artisan gins and planning her next trip to see the world!
Charlotte originally joined the Lynwood team back in 2011 and was a member of the reception team for 6 years before moving out of the area to begin a career in Practice Management. After returning to the area and starting a family, she re joined us in February 2022 in the new role of Client Care Manager, and in October 2023, she became Practice Manager for the group.
Charlotte lives locally with her husband, son and cat Nala and enjoys travelling, eating out and reading (when family life allows!)
After many years working in finance an insurance, Emma joined Lynwood in 2019 to cover maternity leave and was lucky enough to be asked to stay! She has a lovely cockerpoo who is very spoilt! Emma enjoys taking her for a walks at the beach with the rest of the family.
Gerry is a qualified veterinary nurse and has been working with us since 2002, supporting our team in the smooth running of the practice. She has an elderly cat, Charlie, who is quite a character and can be a little demanding at times. She enjoys pet sitting for friends and colleagues, sometimes to the annoyance of Charlie! When not at work she is often found gardening and likes spending time outdoors.
