Originally from Brazil, Maria joined our Bournemouth Branch in June 2022 as part of the Client Care team. In May 2023, she moved across to join the ACA team, supporting the nurses at Bournemouth. Maria says she really enjoys her job, being surrounded by animals, and providing good client service. Maria has a young son and a very energetic Jack Russell which demands lots of walking and fetching the ball to get him tired. She loves taking both for walks at the beach and spending time with her friends and family.
Tim joined the Lynwood family in August 2025. With a long‑standing passion for animal care, he studied Animal Management at Kingston Maurward College and spent four years at a dog rescue, first as a volunteer and later as staff. After eight years in retail, where he completed Level 3 apprenticeships in Team Leading/Management and Health & Safety, Tim is excited to return to the animal care industry. At home, he lives with his Lurcher, Danny, and his cat, Malak. When he’s not working, he’s usually spending time with family and friends.
Elin joined the Lynwood family in October 2023, fresh from completing her A-Levels and still exploring her career path. Since then, she’s found a genuine passion for the work and is excited to continue growing and progressing within the team. Outside of work, Elin is a proud dog mum to Olive and Nora. Her time supporting Cats Protection has also turned her into a cat enthusiast, she often finds herself tempted to bring one home! In her free time, Elin enjoys socialising with friends and practices martial arts, holding a black belt that keeps her both active and grounded.
